Job summary

Quorum Software in Bogota, Colombia seeks a Global Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll for Colombia and other assigned countries, reporting to the Sr. Director of Global HR Ops, Compliance & Payroll.

You will collaborate with Payroll, HR, Finance, and other partners to ensure legal compliance, accurate wage calculations, and timely government reporting while leveraging ADP systems. Fluency in English and strong Excel skills are essential, with 3+ years of payroll experience and ERP

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a payroll role with global scope
• Familiar with Colombian payroll laws and reporting
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll platforms
• Strong MS Excel skills and data accuracy
• Clear communicator in English and local language

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll for Colombia and assigned countries
• Ensure compliance with payroll laws and corporate policies
• Prepare government reporting and year-end processes
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and external auditors as needed
• Maintain payroll documentation and data privacy controls
