Hyremote LLC is seeking a Remote New-Patient Intake Coordinator in Colombia. You will own the intake process from initial contact through authorization, onboarding, and care coordination, working 100% from home.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, persistent follow-up, and professional communication with families and clinical teams. Ideal candidates are organized, quick learners, and comfortable coordinating with billing, scheduling, and clinical staff.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Excellent follow-up and ownership of intake process.
• Confident in conversations with families and clinicians.
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
• General work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Own the new-patient intake pipeline from initial contact through authorization and onboarding.
• Follow up consistently with prospective families and track active leads.
• Explain in-home services and address questions from families.
• Coordinate insurance authorization with billing and monitor cases.
• Schedule staffing and ensure services move forward after approval.
• Communicate with families, doctors, staff, and billing to gather missing information.
• Participate in video onboarding meetings as a company representative.
• Use phone and text systems for outreach and follow-up.
