Entrepreneur Cooperative is hiring a Bilingual Medical Receptionist for a fully remote role based in Colombia. You will be the first point of contact for patients and healthcare providers, handling communications, scheduling, and insurance verification to support U.S.-based practices.

The position requires at least 1 year of U.S. healthcare experience, advanced English and Spanish, and proficiency with EMR/EHR, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience supporting U.S. healthcare accounts.
• Advanced bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Neutral or minimal English accent with excellent verbal communication.
• Experience using EMR/EHR systems.
• Experience with insurance eligibility verification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfortable interacting with patients in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Responsabilités

• Handle patient communication via calls, emails, and messages.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
