OperationsArmy is seeking an ABA Intake Coordinator for Colombia (Remote). You will be the first point of contact for prospective families seeking ABA care, gathering information and guiding them through benefits verification and the authorization process.

The ideal candidate is empathetic, detail‑oriented, bilingual (Spanish strongly preferred), and thrives in a high‑volume environment. You will record intake data in Salesforce and collaborate with clinical, revenue cycle, and operations teams

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in patient intake, customer service, or healthcare operations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Experience with ABA therapy or healthcare intake preferred.
• Strong phone presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Promptly contact prospective families following online sign-ups or inquiries.
• Conduct intake screenings to gather missing information and confirm eligibility.
• Provide compassionate support to families, establishing trust from the first contact.
• Accurately record and manage intake data in Salesforce.
• Convert qualified leads into opportunities and coordinate handoffs to verification/authorization teams.
• Re-engage families who have paused to maximize conversions; cover evenings/weekends as needed.
