Langford Staffing is seeking experienced Outbound Sales Representatives for a client operating high-volume consumer calling campaigns. This remote role aligns with U.S. Eastern Time calling hours.

You will contact approved leads via an automatic dialer, qualify prospects, handle basic objections and complete live transfers. You are not responsible for final sales, only identifying qualified consumers and connecting them to the right representative.

• Experience with outbound calling campaigns.
• Comfortable with automatic dialer and transfers.
• Excellent phone communication and objection handling.

• Make continuous outbound calls using an automatic dialer.
• Deliver clear, confident introductions without sounding scripted.
• Ask required qualification questions accurately.
• Explain the reason for the call in simple language.
• Handle hesitation, suspicion, rejection and basic objections.
• Keep qualified consumers engaged and secure their consent to continue.
• Complete warm or live transfers to the receiving representative.
• Remain connected until the handoff is confirmed.
