• Three or more years of outbound sales experience.
• Experience with automatic or predictive dialers.
• Strong objection-handling and persuasive communication.
• Experience meeting call, transfer, or sales targets.
• Clear and professional spoken English.
• CRM usage and accurate call-note habits.
• Willingness to learn and accept feedback.
• Availability during U.S. Eastern Time calling hours.

Responsabilidades

• Make continuous outbound calls using an automatic dialer.
• Introduce the company and purpose of the call clearly.
• Ask brief qualification questions.
• Listen and identify barriers to continuation.
• Respond to objections and time concerns.
• Explain value of speaking with a sales representative.
• Request qualified consumers to complete a live transfer.
• Record accurate notes, outcomes, and dispositions.
• Follow campaign scripts and opt-out procedures.
• Meet hourly and daily calling and transfer expectations.
