Stay’d is seeking an Outbound Marketing Specialist to own owner-outreach across email and direct mail channels. You will leverage StaydOS data and external sources to identify high-potential owners, orchestrate multi-touch sequences and push to the sales team with strong context.

You will work remotely across LATAM, collaborating with Marketing and SDRs to measure success in meetings and signed owners, not just opens.

Competenze

Hands-on experience running email and direct mail campaigns from end to end.
Data literacy: ability to pull lists, join sources, build segments and justify choices.
Daily use of AI to personalize, write and analyze campaigns.
Rigor around deliverability, compliance and list hygiene.
Excellent written English.
Experience with STR/real estate or home services marketing is a plus.
Experience with the listed tools (Lob, PostGrid, Handwrytten, Clay, Apollo, Klaviyo, HubSpot, SQL or APIs) is a plus.

Mansioni

Own email campaigns: sequences, nurture tracks, re-engagements and market updates.
Manage direct mail end-to-end: postcards, handwritten letters, mailers and market reports.
Build audiences from StaydOS and external sources to reach owners.
Use AI-powered outreach to score, personalize and test variants across channels.
Route qualified responses to CRM and sales with clear context.
Ensure compliance and list hygiene across brands: CAN-SPAM, opt-outs, suppression lists.
Maintain a single scoreboard per brand and channel showing cost per meeting and per signed owner.
Develop a repeatable outbound playbook for new brands.
