Lago is seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support early-stage sales through outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and meeting booking. You will drive qualified conversations into the sales pipeline and coordinate with the sales team to maximize conversion.

The role requires comfortable communication with prospects, CRM discipline, and independent work from a remote LATAM location.

Formación

• 2–5 years of experience in sales development, outbound sales, or closely related role.
• B2B sales experience preferred, especially with agencies or digital services.
• Strong written and spoken English (C1) and effective communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead generation and qualification across outbound channels to build qualified opportunities.
• Outreach via email, LinkedIn, and approved channels with consistent follow-up cadences.
• Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team and ensure smooth handoffs to closers.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and support pipeline reporting and trend analysis.
