Job summary

Stay’d is seeking a hands-on SEO Specialist to turn organic search into owner leads and direct bookings across our 8+ brand sites. You will own keyword research, AI-driven content workflows, and on-page/technical SEO, measuring impact through sessions and conversions.

This remote LATAM role sits in Marketing, reporting to the CMO, and collaborates with dev and brand teams. You’ll shape the portfolio’s SEO playbook and drive scalable content across the brand network.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience growing organic traffic and conversions with measurable results.
• Daily use of AI to produce content with clear success signals.
• Strong editing skills to make AI drafts local and accurate.
• Familiarity with GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog/Sitebulb and Ahrefs/Semrush.
• Directness about results and reallocation when a cluster underperforms.
• Excellent written English.
• Programmatic SEO, multi-location sites, or SQL/Looker Studio reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own keyword research, topic clusters, briefs, drafts, and publishing for 8+ brand sites.
• Develop AI-driven workflows to scale page creation with quality control.
• Uphold brand voice, local accuracy, and E-E-A-T across pages.
• Handle on-page and technical basics: titles, meta, internal links, schema, indexation.
• Support local search via Google Business Profile, citations, and local links.
• Improve AI-generated content quality and measure impact with dashboards.
• Publish a scalable playbook for onboarding new brands to the content engine.
