Somewhere is seeking a proactive Senior Operations Assistant to oversee day-to-day sales, scheduling, customer service, and admin across two small businesses—a cleaning company and a residential construction firm. This part-time, independent contractor role (~20 hours/week) is remote with US business hours alignment (Phoenix/MST overlap).

The position is a high-ownership generalist split roughly 50/50 between driving top-of-funnel cleaning sales and coordinating administrative and project tasks,

Formación

• English proficiency for written and spoken communication; bilingual-preferred.
• Experience in sales, customer operations, or dispatch within service industries.
• Ability to juggle dual-business priorities and manage field logistics across locations.
• Self-starter with high ownership who can follow through without close supervision.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools, CRM, Google Workspace, and modern communication platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Sales, Scheduling & Customer Operations for Cleaning business.
• Inbound sales conversions via Google Meet and phone; explain services and close accounts.
• Crew Dispatch & Logistics: schedule and route cleaning crews across Greater Phoenix.
• Lead tracking and follow-ups with prospects to maximize conversions and retention.
• Construction Operations: project admin coordination and document management.
• Client & Vendor communication; provide project updates and coordinate schedules.
