MaidThis is seeking a Remote Sales Associate to join our fully remote home services team. Working Pacific Time hours (8:00am-5:00pm PT), you will handle inquiries, follow up with prospects, and guide customers to book services from any location with reliable WiFi.

The role offers a base pay of $1,200-$1,500 per month plus a bonus program and strong growth potential within a supportive, metrics-driven environment.

Formación

• Fluent spoken and written English; strong phone presence is mandatory.
• Ability to follow a structured sales process without skipping steps.
• Comfortable with Slack, Google Sheets and CRMs.
• Reliable during work hours with strong WiFi and quiet workspace.
• Weekend availability after training period.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound calls and inquiries with warmth and speed.
• Run outbound follow-ups and reactivation campaigns (calls + texts).
• Quote accurately, confirm details, and lock next steps.
• Maintain clean pipelines and notes in CRM and Slack.
• Aim to hit daily targets and improve close rate over time.
