Somewhere is seeking a proactive Chief of Staff / Executive Assistant to work directly with the founder. The role combines high‑level operational support with hands‑on execution, coordinating contractors, projects, and hiring as the business scales.

The ideal candidate operates autonomously, turns loosely defined objectives into clear plans, and stays aligned with U.S. business hours while working remotely across LATAM.

Formación

• 3–5+ years in Executive Assistance, Chief of Staff, Operations, or related roles.
• Proven experience supporting a founder, entrepreneur, or senior leader.
• Strong project and task management capabilities.
• Experience coordinating remote teams or contractors.
• Experience with recruitment or contractor hiring processes.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate contractors and teams to maintain progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Assist with hiring, role definitions, candidate criteria, and onboarding.
• Turn research into actionable summaries and recommendations for projects.
• Build and maintain systems for tracking projects, tasks, and performance.
• Manage scheduling, meetings, reminders, and follow-ups for the founder.
