A fast-growing company in the cleaning services industry is seeking a Sales & Operations Virtual Assistant. In this Full-Time remote role, you will manage bookings and logistics while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate has over 2 years of experience in customer service, is highly organized, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for answering inbound communications, coordinating schedules, and supporting hiring workflows. The position offers competitive pay and opportunities for career advancement.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, dispatching, or operations (ideally within home services).
• Proven ability to handle high-volume inbound calls and convert inquiries into bookings.
• Experience coordinating schedules and managing time-sensitive logistics calmly.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and comfort with spreadsheets/metrics.
• Reliability to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours in a remote setting.

Mansioni

• Answer inbound calls/messages, qualify leads, and book services using provided scripts.
• Coordinate schedules and dispatch cleaners, handling day-of logistics.
• Manage customer communications via phone, SMS, and email.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM/scheduling tools and produce reports.
• Support hiring workflows by posting ads and assisting with onboarding documentation.
• Create and update SOPs and process improvements.
