SupportYourApp is a global leader in Intelligent Support-as-a-Service, offering remote work and USD compensation. We are seeking an Operations Manager to join our multicultural team in a role with fixed evenings GMT+2 and a fully remote setup.
The position emphasizes data handling, project coordination, and proactive problem solving across diverse creator projects. Strong English and Spanish are required, with a focus on autonomous task execution.
Qualifications
- Fluent Spanish and strong English communication.
- Experience with data in Google Sheets and pivot tables.
- Ability to organize tasks and drive execution autonomously.
Responsibilities
- Source, contact and activate creators for projects and missions.
- Monitor creator performance and provide feedback or retraining.
- Coordinate projects and workflows to ensure on-time, accurate deliverables.
- Handle operational issues and escalations and drive resolution.
- Collaborate with agents and cross-functional teams to optimize operations.
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements.
