SupportYourApp is a global Intelligent Support-as-a-Service leader. We seek a Technical Support Consultant for a short-term engagement with potential for long-term collaboration, offering USD compensation and the chance to work with clients across 60 languages.

The role focuses on delivering professional technical support via email and chat, troubleshooting diverse product issues, and maintaining high-quality customer experiences in a fully remote setup.

Qualificações

• Excellent English communication skills (C1 for spoken and written).
• At least 1 year of experience in technical customer support.
• Video support experience would be a plus.
• Tech-savvy mindset; strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Critical thinking and practical, analytical approach to resolving issues.
• PC with at least 8GB RAM and stable internet (min 50 Mbps down / 40 Mbps up).

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support via email and chat in a professional and efficient manner.
• Troubleshoot product issues and guide customers through solutions step-by-step.
• Identify whether an issue is related to the bulb, app, connectivity, setup, or user configuration.
• Ask the right questions to understand and diagnose the problem.
• Follow troubleshooting procedures while using good judgment when not covered by a standard process.
• Document customer interactions and troubleshooting steps clearly.
• Escalate complex or unresolved technical issues when necessary.
• Provide a positive, patient, and professional customer experience.
• Manage multiple conversations efficiently while maintaining accuracy and quality.
