BairesDev is seeking a Talent Operations Manager to lead the Talent Acquisition function and guide a team of 50+ leaders toward hiring goals. You will develop and implement strategic hiring processes, and work with cross-functional area managers to keep TA practices current and effective.

You will monitor KPIs, analyze data, and refine recruiting for optimal results, while maintaining strong English communication and collaboration across a 100% remote, globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• Lead a team of 50+ leaders within Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in Talent Acquisition or recruiting is desirable.
• Advanced level of English required.
• Hands-on management with proactive approach.
• Strong ability to align processes with business needs.
