SupportYourApp is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to deliver outstanding technical support in a fully remote role. The position requires excellent English communication skills and 1-2 years of experience in technical support, with a strong focus on problem-solving and customer satisfaction.

You will troubleshoot complex issues and work on networking and cloud products within a multicultural and inclusive environment. Our flexible schedule and international setup foster personal growth and professional development.

Formación

• At least 1-2 years of proven experience in a Technical Support role.
• Experience as a Cloud Support Engineer.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver outstanding technical support via emails and phone calls.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Provide technical support with networking and cloud products.
• Escalate incidents clearly.
• Ensure smooth troubleshooting for customer events.

Excellent English communication skills (at least C1)
