Job summary

DOXA in Colombia is seeking an experienced Operations Lead to transform strategic objectives into efficient, scalable, and well-documented processes. You will oversee daily operations, optimize workflows, manage the Operations Coordinators, and coordinate high-volume instructor staffing three times per year.

You will drive operational excellence, analyze performance metrics, provide actionable insights to the CEO and CFO, and lead automation efforts to prepare the business for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 4–6 years in operations management, workforce management, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel with VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables and data modeling.
• Proficiency in Airtable and Google Workspace.
• Experience with process improvement, SOP development, workflow automation, data analysis, and operational reporting.
• Excellent written and spoken English (B2+ to C1).
• Strong analytical mindset, highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with remote leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Systemize and document existing operational concepts into strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Evaluate workflows to improve operational efficiency and leverage automation where possible.
• Manage logistics of online session schedules, instructor attendance, tech setups, and client contract fulfillment.
• Maintain and audit internal software stacks, sheets, and databases; turn metrics into actionable insights for executives.
• Collaborate with the CEO, CFO, and coordinators to ensure accountability and smooth day-to-day execution.
