Job summary

DOXA Talent, Inc. is seeking a Lead Engagement Specialist to nurture and manage leads for business coaching and franchise opportunities. You will maintain an active pipeline in HubSpot, perform personalized outreach, and keep prospects engaged through timely follow-ups.

You will qualify readiness, schedule appointments with the Senior Specialist, and document interactions to ensure a smooth handoff. Strong English, CRM experience, and comfort with LinkedIn Recruiter are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field is a plus.
• 1–2 years of experience in lead nurturing, client engagement, prospect follow-up, appointment setting, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter is required.
• Experience managing leads or prospect relationships in HubSpot or similar CRM.
• Excellent written English and professional communication; organized and proactive in outreach and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Review the active lead list in HubSpot to identify touchpoints.
• Continue conversations from previous interactions and organize leads by stage and engagement.
• Reach out to leads via text messages and approved channels with personalized messages.
• Re-engage inactive leads and answer early questions about the franchise exploration process.
• Assess readiness, nurture leads at different exploration stages, and schedule qualified appointments.
• Log outreach, conversations, and updates in HubSpot and ensure records are up to date.
