DOXA Talent, Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Lead in Colombia to translate strategic goals into scalable, documented processes. You will oversee daily operations, optimize workflows, and drive high-volume staffing initiatives in a fully remote setup.

The ideal candidate will be analytical, process-oriented, and capable of leading remote teams. Strong English communication, data analysis, and automation implementation are essential for scaling the business.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Experience: 4–6 years in operations management, workforce management, or business operations.
• Experience: at least 2 years owning and managing operational processes.
• Skills: Advanced in Google Sheets and Excel; proficient in Airtable and Google Workspace.
• English: Advanced written and spoken English (B2+ to C1).

Responsibilities

• Systemization: document operational concepts into strict SOPs.
• Process Improvement: evaluate workflows and implement automation to improve efficiency.
• Instructor Management: oversee online session schedules, attendance, tech setup, and contracts.
• Data & Analytics: maintain software stacks, pull metrics, and deliver executive insights.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: work with CEO, CFO, and coordinators to ensure execution.
