Job summary

Porch Group in Colombia is seeking a National Account Agency Activation Coordinator to drive reactivation of dormant HOA/Porch agents. This outbound role focuses on volume, persistence, and targeted outreach to re-engage agents with current products and campaigns.

You will log every call, meet KPI targets, and collaborate with Agency Relationship Managers to convert activity into quotes and policies. This fully remote position supports U.S. business hours and international teammates.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume outbound calling or telesales.
• Strong verbal communication and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Resilience and persistence in repetitive outreach cadences.

Responsibilities

• Place a high volume of daily outbound calls to dormant and low-producing agents.
• Identify and prioritize dormant agents for reactivation based on history.
• Re-introduce agents to Porch Group products, incentives, and support resources.
• Log activity in the CRM/dialer accurately and promptly.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly KPIs for call volume and activations.
• Escalate agents with renewed momentum to the appropriate team.
