Job summary

Porch Group is hiring a Licensing and Compliance Data Entry Support Representative in Colombia. You will support the licensing and compliance teams with data entry, data review and onboarding of new agencies to the HOAIC platform.

The role is remote via RemoFirst; requires a High School Diploma, strong English reading/writing skills, and data-entry experience. Experience with agency communications and US address templates is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write and converse in English.
• Data entry and administrative support experience a plus.
• Ability to read and speak English.
• Knowledge of US address and phone templates; recognize incorrect data.
• Communicate with agents/agency reps by phone or email.
• Quiet workspace and reliable internet (min 30 Mbps down/10 Mbps up).

Responsibilities

• Enter and review data submitted by agencies into the HOAIC support systems.
• Collaborate with Licensing, Compliance and Sales to obtain missing information from agencies/agents.
• Perform additional administrative duties including account changes and login resets as needed.
