The role emphasizes persistent, multi-channel reactivation strategies to re-engage agents and generate activity.

Remote role, US business hours alignment, with compensation in local currency. You will log activities, hit KPIs, and collaborate with Agency Relationship Managers to push dormant accounts back

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in high-volume outbound calling or telesales.

Responsibilities

• Place a high volume of outbound calls to dormant/low-producing agents.
• Identify and prioritize dormant/low-producing agents for reactivation.
• Re-introduce agents to current products, incentives, and campaigns.
• Document findings and outcomes in the CRM/dialer platform.
• Execute structured outreach cadences and adapt tone per agent.
• Lead webinars for large groups and follow up to drive activation.
• Log every call attempt and outcome in real time.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly KPIs for call volume and activations.
• Escalate collaborating managers for renewed momentum or issues.
• Provide feedback to leadership on objections and barriers.
