Job summary

Owner is seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist to welcome Mandarin-speaking partners and ensure a smooth app and website launch. You will manage a diverse onboarding portfolio, balance inbound/outbound communications, and coordinate with product and engineering teams.

This remote role is based in Latin America and can be performed from Colombia, Mexico or Costa Rica; fluency in English and Mandarin is essential, and experience in the restaurant space is a plus.

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Mandarin and English (C1/C2).
• Ability to manage multiple accounts at various onboarding stages.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for restaurant owners to maintain ownership of their mobile app or online presence.
• Coach and educate owners on online ordering setup, backed by data and SEO testing by the product team.
• Work on projects to improve internal processes and provide product feedback to engineering.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and coordinate with the Restaurant Success Manager for smooth handoffs.
