Blue Gems Management is hiring a sharp Onboarding Coordinator to own the journey from contract signing to live listing across OTAs. This remote role covers Latin America, coordinating onboarding, vendor management, and listings while driving process improvements and training for the Guest Communications team.

You will manage a portfolio of homes, coordinate with homeowners and vendors, and ensure on-time launches. Strong English, organization, and multi-stakeholder coordination are essential.

Formación

• Fluent, professional English (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational and project-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, vendors, or workflows simultaneously.
• Ability to diagnose process issues and implement solutions quickly.
• Comfort learning and working across multiple software platforms.
• A reliable computer, stable internet, and quiet remote workspace.
• Availability to work U.S. business hours.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end onboarding of a rotating portfolio of homes from contract to live on OTA sites.
• Be the homeowner's trusted guide with proactive, timely updates and responses.
• Build and manage onboarding workflows, pipelines, and priorities for go-live readiness.
• Keep onboarding tracker updated daily for stakeholder visibility.
• Set homeowners up across platforms like Stripe and OwnerRez.
• Create and optimize listings across OTA websites and ensure full cross-listing.
• Coordinate with cleaning, inspections, photography, and vendors to prepare homes.
• Collaborate with prior management and vendors for seamless handoffs.
• Reach out to HOAs and communities to confirm details and access.
• Track onboarding KPIs and drive continuous improvement across cycles.
• Partner with Onboarding Manager for training and support.
• Provide training to Guest Communications and sustain standardized processes.
