Job summary

Owner.com is seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist to welcome Mandarin-speaking partners, align expectations for mobile app and website launches, and manage a high-volume onboarding workflow. The role requires fluent Mandarin and English, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate with product and engineering teams.

This is a 100% remote position, open to candidates in Mexico, Colombia, or Costa Rica, with performance-based incentives and comprehensive health coverage.

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Mandarin and English (C1/C2).
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple onboarding accounts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Mandarin-speaking partners to the Owner platform and align expectations for app/website launches.
• Manage inbound/outbound communications (email, calls, SMS) with a KPI-driven approach.
• Coordinate with product and engineering teams to provide feedback and improve onboarding processes.
• Log activity in Salesforce and ensure assets and information are collected for a smooth handoff.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding across regions.
