Blue Gems Management is seeking a sharp Onboarding Coordinator to own the journey of bringing new homes into our portfolio—from signed contract to live and booking across OTA platforms.

You will lead end-to-end onboarding, coordinate vendors, and optimize listings while driving continuous improvements and training for the Guest Communications team in a fully remote Latin America setting.

Formación

• Fluent, professional English (written and spoken) – you’ll communicate directly with U.S.-based homeowners.
• Strong organizational and project-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, vendors, or workflows simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end onboarding for rotating homes from contract to live on OTA platforms.
• Coordinate cleaning, inspections, photography, and vendor activities to ensure guest-ready homes.
• Create and optimize listings across OTA sites and maintain accurate listings.
• Track onboarding KPIs and drive continuous process improvements.
• Deliver ongoing training and educational materials for the Guest Communications team.
