Propertyse is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to manage projects from start to finish, coordinate vendors and tenants, and maintain dashboards in Google Sheets and project management tools. You will work remotely, bilingual in Spanish and English, and collaborate with founders and business owners.

The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, strong organizational skills, and ability to update leadership with clear notes.

Formación

• This role requires 2+ years in a customer-facing position with multitasking capabilities.
• Role is remote; bilingual Spanish/English communication is essential.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage dashboards and projects independently.

Responsabilidades

• Complete projects from start to finish and suggest improvements to leadership.
• Maintain professional, friendly interactions and build strong relationships.
• Manage and create dashboards for projects in Google Sheets and ClickUp.
• Coordinate work orders with vendors and tenants.
• Learn new technology platforms and update repairs in property systems.
• Respond to emails within 24 hours and proactively solve problems.
