CS Outsource is seeking a Virtual Assistant – Mid-Term Rental (MTR) Specialist to manage day-to-day operations, guest communications, and property performance across a growing portfolio. The role emphasizes organized, proactive work and strong English communication.

You will handle bookings, tenant screening, and onboarding, monitor occupancy, manage listings on Furnished Finder, Airbnb, Zillow, Guesty, Hostaway, and other PMS tools, and maintain comprehensive operational documentation.

Formación

• Experience managing Mid-Term Rental properties.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Familiarity with Furnished Finder, Airbnb, Zillow, Guesty, Hostaway or similar PMS tools.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace.

Responsabilidades

• Manage guest communications before, during, and after stays.
• Coordinate bookings, inquiries, and lease agreements.
• Handle tenant screening and onboarding processes.
• Monitor occupancy and assist with pricing updates.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor communications.
• Manage listings across platforms such as Furnished Finder, Airbnb, Zillow, and direct booking channels.
• Track renewals, extensions, and move-in/move-out schedules.
• Maintain property records, reports, and operational documentation.
• Assist with calendar management and reservation updates.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly.
