Bullpen Talent recruits exceptional remote professionals for growing U.S. property management companies and real estate owners. We’re building our network of experienced Property Management Assistants for current and upcoming opportunities with clients across the United States.

Responsibilities include handling tenant communications, coordinating maintenance, processing applications, managing leases, and updating property management software. This is a full-time remote role aligned with U.S.

Formación

• Previous experience supporting U.S. residential property management companies.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Willingness to work full-time during U.S. business hours.

Responsabilidades

• Responding to tenant emails, calls, and maintenance requests.
• Coordinating maintenance vendors and work orders.
• Managing lease renewals and lease documentation.
• Processing rental applications and screening documents.
• Posting rental listings and coordinating showings.
• Assisting with move–ins and move–outs.
• Tracking rent payments and following up on delinquencies.
• Managing resident communications.
• Updating property management software.
• General administrative support for property managers.

Property Management Assistant (Remote | U.S. Residential Real Estate)

We’re building our network of experienced Property Management Assistants for current and upcoming opportunities with clients across the United States.

Typical Responsibilities

Responsibilities vary by client but often include:

• Responding to tenant emails, calls, and maintenance requests
• Coordinating maintenance vendors and work orders
• Managing lease renewals and lease documentation
• Processing rental applications and screening documents
• Posting rental listings and coordinating showings
• Assisting with move–ins and move–outs
• Tracking rent payments and following up on delinquencies
• Managing resident communications
• Updating property management software
• General administrative support for property managers

Property Management Software

Experience with one or more of the following is highly preferred:

• AppFolio
• Buildium
• Rent Manager
• Propertyware
• Yardi
• ResMan
• TenantCloud
• DoorLoop
• MRI
• Entrata
• RealPage
• Other property management software

Requirements

• Previous experience supporting U.S. residential property management companies
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong customer service skills
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable speaking with tenants, vendors, and property owners
• Reliable computer and high‑speed internet
• Ability to work full‑time during U.S. business hours

Nice to Have

• Experience with Section 8 or affordable housing
• HOA or condominium management experience
• Leasing experience
• Maintenance coordination experience
• Bookkeeping or property accounting experience
• Spanish fluency

Compensation

Compensation depends on experience, software knowledge, and responsibilities.
