Visa Hunt is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator for a remote, contract-based role. You will engage with tenants, vendors, and founders via email, text, and phone, while creating and maintaining project dashboards and notes daily to stay organized.

The role requires at least 2 years in a customer-facing position, strong English proficiency (B1/B2 or higher), and a proactive, helpful attitude. Familiarity with AppFolio is essential; Buildium knowledge is a plus.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing role.
• Proficiency in English (B1/B2 or higher) required.
• Experience with project management software (ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, MS Project) preferred.
• Remote work setup with own computer and reliable internet.

Responsabilidades

• Complete projects from start to finish and suggest improvements to leadership.
• Maintain professional and friendly interactions and build strong relationships.
• Manage and update dashboards for projects in Google Sheets and ClickUp.
• Coordinate work orders with vendors and tenants.
• Learn new technology platforms quickly.
