Job summary

Sheltered International is seeking a Logistics Tracking Coordinator to support our US operations by tracking shipments and dispatching trucks within the US. The role requires close collaboration with the US-based Operations Team and other departments to ensure on-time, accurate delivery.

Ideal candidates communicate clearly in English, have at least two years in a tracking or dispatch role for freight forwarders, and hold a Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Logistics, or related

Qualifications

English-speaking with >85% proficiency.
Minimum 2 years in tracking/dispatch role for a freight forwarder.
Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Logistics or related field.
Excellent oral and written communication.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize.
Customer service and relationship management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Well organized with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office apps; familiarity with shipping lines and airlines websites.
Positive, solution-oriented attitude.
80% remote with 20% on-site in Bogotá.

Responsibilities

Track shipments and dispatch trucks within the US.
Collaborate with US Operations Team, Managers, Accounting, Tracking and Operations to ensure compliance.
