Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or supply chain operations.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of shipment tracking, carrier coordination, and logistics operations.
• Ability to manage operational exceptions, escalations, and service-related issues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with TMS/ERP platforms.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify shipment delays, service disruptions, and other operational exceptions, coordinating appropriate resolutions.
• Escalate critical issues to the relevant stakeholders and follow up until resolution.
• Maintain accurate shipment records, operational updates, and tracking information in TMS/ERP platforms.
• Monitor operational performance against KPIs and SLAs.
• Analyze operational data, identify potential risks, and recommend process improvements.
• Manage multiple customer requests and priorities while maintaining service quality and operational efficiency.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Control Tower Specialist with at least 1 year of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or supply chain operations. This role focuses on coordinating customer service requests, monitoring shipments, managing logistics providers, and resolving operational issues to ensure service levels and customer expectations are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage customer logistics requests, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Track shipments and monitor transportation activities to maintain visibility throughout the supply chain.
• Coordinate with carriers, logistics service providers (LSPs), vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Support load planning and inventory monitoring according to customer requirements.
• Identify shipment delays, service disruptions, and other operational exceptions, coordinating appropriate resolutions.
• Escalate critical issues to the relevant stakeholders and follow up until resolution.
• Maintain accurate shipment records, operational updates, and tracking information in TMS/ERP platforms.
• Monitor operational performance against established KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Analyze operational data, identify potential risks, and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platforms.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting KPIs and SLAs.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a 4PL environment or logistics Control Tower operations.
• Experience coordinating multiple logistics service providers and supporting customer accounts.
