Lean Solutions Group is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support daily transportation operations and end-to-end shipment execution across multiple modes. You will create and update loads in the TMS, track shipments, and coordinate pickups with warehouses, carriers, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage load entries in the Transportation Management System (TMS) based on customer tenders.
• Assign carriers or drivers under the guidance of senior operations team members.
• Coordinate pickup and delivery appointments with warehouses, carriers, and other stakeholders.
• Track active shipments and provide timely status updates to internal teams.
• Collect, review, and upload essential shipping documents including BOL and POD.
• Answer inbound calls and respond to general inquiries from carriers and customers professionally.
• Identify and resolve minor operational issues and delays, escalating complex situations when necessary.
• Maintain accurate shipment information and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel to confirm operating hours and handling requirements.
• Provide administrative and operational support to Dispatchers and Account Managers as needed.
