Job summary

Lean Solutions Group is seeking detail-oriented Inbound & Outbound Logistics Support Operators with experience in ground transportation, shipment tracking, and carrier communication. You will monitor shipments, follow up on delivery status, and coordinate with carriers to ensure timely updates and smooth transportation processes.

Responsibilities include tracking inbound and outbound shipments, contacting carriers for updates, identifying delays, maintaining records, and supporting daily

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or ground transportation operations.
• Familiar with Track & Trace processes.
• Experience communicating with carriers and following up on shipment status.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in English is an advantage, depending on operational requirements.
