Job summary

AB Dispatch LLC is seeking a Track & Trace Specialist to monitor shipments, communicate in English, and ensure timely updates on truckloads. The role supports drivers, brokers, and the operations team from a remote setup in Colombia.

The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple shipments. Prior trucking/logistics experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• English proficiency, especially written communication.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail with the ability to monitor multiple shipments simultaneously.
• Basic computer skills, including email and WhatsApp.
• Proactive attitude, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience in trucking, logistics, dispatching, or track and trace is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the status and progress of shipments in transit.
• Respond to emails in English and follow up on pending communications.
• Monitor WhatsApp groups for updates regarding shipments, drivers, and issues.
• Maintain regular communication with drivers, brokers, and the operations team.
• Identify and report delays, incidents, and issues affecting deliveries.
• Keep shipment tracking information accurate and up to date.
• Communicate important updates to the team in a timely manner.
