A logistics company in Colombia is seeking a skilled Logistics Support Specialist to coordinate logistics operations. You will manage communications with drivers and clients, ensure timely delivery of shipments, and maintain high service standards. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in English and Spanish, have over a year of logistics experience, and be proficient in relevant software tools. This position offers a full-time contractor opportunity and contributes significantly to operational efficiency.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, drayage, or LTL operations.
• Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Experience with logistics or dispatch software preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and dispatch intermodal trucks for port and warehouse assignments.
• Maintain real-time communication with drivers.
• Act as a liaison between clients and drivers for accurate information flow.
• Monitor import/export container statuses.
• Update and manage shipment data within internal tracking systems.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
