Lean Solutions Group is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator with 1–3 years of Track & Trace experience to monitor shipments and maintain real-time visibility across the transportation process. The role requires knowledge of U.S.

domestic ground freight, including FTL, LTL, and intermodal transport, along with hands-on experience with TMS platforms. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and comfortable communicating with carriers, drivers, dispatchers, and internal teams

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in Track & Trace, Logistics, Transportation, Dispatch, or related operations.
• Full-time availability, including night shifts and weekends.
• Knowledge of U.S. domestic ground freight, including FTL, LTL, and intermodal transportation.
• Understanding of key shipment lifecycle milestones from pickup through final delivery.
• Experience coordinating pickup appointments and managing pre-alerts.
• Hands-on experience using Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Experience with e2open TMF and/or Descartes Aljex is strongly preferred.
• Experience communicating with carriers, drivers, dispatchers, and other transportation partners.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate shipment information.
• Strong organizational, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify and escalate operational issues in a timely manner.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
• English level: B2+ written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and track shipments throughout the transportation lifecycle using phone, email, and TMS platforms.
• Maintain accurate load statuses, pickup and delivery milestones, ETAs, arrival/departure times, and location updates.
• Coordinate pickup appointments and confirm shipment details with carriers and drivers.
• Manage and follow up on pre-alerts and ensure required shipment information are available and accurate.
• Request and document ETA updates, shipment progress, and location information.
• Communicate with carriers, drivers, dispatchers, planners, and internal teams to support smooth shipment execution.
• Maintain detailed and accurate shipment records, notes, and updates within internal systems.
• Identify, communicate, and elevate delays, discrepancies, missed milestones, or other operational issues.
• Retrieve and validate shipment documentation when inconsistencies or missing information are identified.
• Forward Proofs of Delivery (PODs) and other required documentation to the appropriate departments.
• Ensure all assigned loads are actively monitored through successful delivery.
• Support accurate and timely updates throughout the full shipment lifecycle.
