World Courier de Colombia S.A. is seeking a logistics coordinator who will manage freight recovery and tender at local airports, verify alerts to partner agents, and monitor performance to meet customer expectations.

You will ensure compliance with policies and SOPs while updating the Transportation Management System with partner updates. The role requires a bachelor's degree in administration or related field, at least 1 year of related experience, and fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the recovery and tender of freight at local airports.
• Confirm that alerts sent to partner agents are received and understood.
• Monitor agents to ensure customer pickup and delivery expectations are met.
• Ensure compliance with Company and Regulatory policies and SOPs.
• Monitor, respond to and action emails.
• Update Transportation Management System with partner updates.
• Report any complaints or issues to management.
• Book shipments on next reliable direct flights on a Next Flight Out basis.
• Confirm departure and arrival of domestic shipments by reviewing airline websites.
• Guide partner agents in packaging materials and cold chain supplies when required.
• Monitor cold chain maintenance of shipments at airports and agent locations.
• Ensure timely freight recovery and communicate special instructions to agents.
• Proficiency in Cold Chain Management including Dry Ice packaging and Gel Packs.
• Provide excellent customer service by email and phone to internal and external customers.
• Capture and record agent fees and any extra charges in the TMS.
• Report discrepancies with airlines to ensure optimal departure times.
• Confirm packaging returns are updated and recovered by agents.
