Upwind is seeking a Technical Account Manager to build strong, strategic relationships with customers in LATAM and ensure onboarding, adoption, and long-term value from the Upwind platform. You will be the main point of contact, guide deployments, and drive engagement across cloud security features.

This fully remote role requires 3+ years in customer-facing SaaS, fluency in Spanish and professional English, and a proven ability to align technical solutions with business goals in cloud

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in customer-facing SaaS roles, with TAC/solution-architecture experience.
• Fluency in Spanish (professional) and professional English.
• Strong cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, or DevOps background.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and relationship-building.

Aufgaben

• Act as strategic partner to sales post-sale in LATAM, ensuring continuity.
• Lead technical deployment, onboarding and rollout of new capabilities.
• Be primary contact for customers, addressing issues promptly.
• Build long-term relationships, gather feedback, drive roadmap discussions.
• Collaborate with sales on renewals and expansion to align tech planning.
• Engage proactively to surface security insights and drive value.
