Job summary

Shift4 is seeking a Technical Account Manager to lead multinational integration projects and manage issuing solutions across the Americas. Fluency in English is required; Spanish native is essential, and Portuguese is a plus.

The role is remote for Colombia with occasional travel and a focus on external partner coordination and technical design reviews. You will guide cross-functional teams, align with product and technology groups, drive UAT and go-lives, and ensure smooth handovers to Field

Qualifications

• Experience managing multinational projects with external partners.
• Strong knowledge of system integrations, APIs, POS or payment solutions.
• Experience with EFT payment standards (ISO 8583, PCI, EMV) in retail or card industry.
• Ability to review technical designs and integration flows; basic coding knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical integration projects for Global Blue TFS solutions across the Americas.
• Manage Issuing Solutions implementations within scope, time, and budget.
• Coordinate integrations with POS systems, terminals, and external partners.
• Gather and maintain business and technical requirements (BRS, basic designs).
• Coordinate with Global and Central product and technology teams.
• Plan and execute UAT, rollout, and go-live activities with internal and external stakeholders.
• IT management of assigned Merchants/Vendors portfolio.
• Act as main technical contact for external partners and internal stakeholders.
• Support incident coordination, production releases, and BAU activities.
• Handover to Field Service and Support teams; participate in Field Services activities.
