Job summary

Owner.com is seeking a results-driven Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring for our LATAM teams, focusing on customer-facing roles such as Customer Support and Onboarding. You will manage sourcing, screening, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring a great candidate experience.

The role requires 3–5 years of recruiting experience, fluency in English and Spanish, robust sourcing skills, and comfort working asynchronously across time zones.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of recruiting experience, agency or in-house.
• Experience hiring in Latin America.
• Fluent English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Strong sourcing instincts and comfort with high-volume and niche searches.
• Sound judgment and data-backed advice to hiring managers.
• Organized and fast with clear communication.
• Comfortable working asynchronously across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle searches end to end, from intake through offer and close.
• Source proactively across LinkedIn, local job boards, communities, and referrals.
• Run high-quality recruiter screens and provide clear, honest recommendations.
• Partner with hiring managers to set expectations and calibrate on the bar.
• Keep Ashby clean and use pipeline data to flag risks and bottlenecks.
• Build market knowledge across LATAM: talent pools and compensation.
• Help improve our process from outreach to candidate experience.
