TripleTen, an award-winning online school for technology bootcamps, seeks a Customer Support Agent to assist LATAM and Brazilian students through their learning journey. You will respond to inquiries, guide learners, and coordinate with the guidance team remotely from anywhere in LATAM.

The role requires 2+ years in customer support, fluency in English and Spanish at C1 level, and a basic understanding of IT, HTML/CSS/JS/Python. Remote work is full-time with a structured schedule.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Support.
• Advanced level of English (C1) and Spanish (C1).
• Customer oriented, enjoys helping people and multitasking.
• Basic understanding of IT industry and exposure to programming languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python).

Responsabilidades

• Answer students' questions in chat rooms and email channels.
• Guide learners through the learning process and coordinate with the student guidance team.
• Handle large amounts of information and structure it for easy access.
