CXM, a fintech leader established in 2015, is seeking a Customer Support Specialist for a remote position in LATAM. You will manage chats, emails, and calls, ensuring client satisfaction by addressing inquiries promptly.

The ideal candidate will have proven customer support experience, especially in the financial market, and is fluent in both English and Portuguese. Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle pressure are essential in this role.

Formación

• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Experience/background in forex and the financial market is a plus.
• Follow standard processes and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Manage company chats, emails, and calls effectively.
• Assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Handle inquiries from new leads and clients through various platforms.
• Update CRM and keep records of communications.
• Interact with departments to resolve inquiries.
• Follow up with clients for optimum results.
