Job summary

Libertex Group is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to assist LATAM clients, answer questions about products, and resolve inquiries via chat, email, phone, and tickets. The role involves shift work across multiple time slots.

You will liaise with compliance and product teams, promote services, and build lasting relationships while delivering excellent service in a fast-growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Stable internet connection.
• Spanish native and English (B2) proficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work under stress.
• Strong computer skills with Google Sheets/Docs.
• Ability to work shifts across multiple time slots.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time support to LATAM clients via chats, tickets, phone, and email.
• Troubleshoot technical issues on trading platforms.
• Escalate platform issues to relevant departments (Libertex, MT4, MT5).
• Demonstrate impeccable phone etiquette and time management.
• Liaise with departments to solve problems and with compliance staff on complaints.
• Provide information about documents for client services registration.
• Promote available products and services to clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and support teamwork to hit KPIs.
