Job summary

Prometeo Talent is seeking a Technical Support Representative to join our remote Latin America team. You will assist contractors with platform navigation, provide technical guidance, and conduct demonstrations to help users maximize the software.

You will own customer issues from first contact to resolution, escalate complex cases when needed, and document solutions in the CRM. A strong analytical mindset and clear communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years in customer service, technical support, or similar roles.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Experience supporting software platforms, SaaS products, CRM systems, or similar tools.
Experience conducting platform demos or feature explanations for customers is valued.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with root-cause analysis.
Detail-oriented with ability to handle information accurately.
Tech-savvy mindset with willingness to learn new tools and software.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls with professional, timely, solution-oriented support.
Troubleshoot platform functionality, account setup, uploads, permit filings, and general usage.
Guide customers step-by-step through features and workflows to enable self-resolution.
Conduct platform demonstrations and walkthroughs to showcase key features.
Investigate issues by analyzing data, identify root causes, and determine actions.
