Formación

• 2+ years in customer service, office coordination, or admin roles.
• Experience with accounts receivable, invoicing or payment follow-up.
• Familiar with ServiceTitan or similar scheduling software.
• Basic HVAC terminology and home-service operations knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound calls/emails with professional, timely support.
• Log customer and job details accurately in ServiceTitan.
• Schedule and dispatch technicians based on job requirements and urgency.
• Follow up with customers after completed jobs and update on parts/orders.
