Job summary

VERT Environmental is seeking a Remote Project Coordinator with customer service experience to join our team. The role focuses on managing inquiries about fieldwork, lab results, pricing, billing, and other administrative tasks while coordinating between our team and clients.

You will handle multi-channel communication, coordinate with technicians and homeowners, and ensure smooth workflows across departments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or related roles.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, Scrum or similar methodologies.
• Proficient in scheduling and tracking project timelines.
• Experience using project management software tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira, Monday.com, MS Project).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle 20-30 calls per day and 15-25 emails daily.
• Coordinate and schedule field events and appointments with technicians, clients, and homeowners.
• Enter and manage data in relevant systems accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain client relationships.
• Assist in obtaining work authorizations and documentation.
• Support billing information collection from clients and insurance companies.
