WorkBetterNow is hiring a remote Service Coordinator to schedule, coordinate, and support service operations for US-based clients from LATAM. You will manage work orders, dispatch, and client communications with a focus on timely delivery and quality service.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field, 2+ years of experience, and strong organizational and communication skills. Compensation is via a structured monthly USD pay scale with annual growth and generous remote benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or related field.
• 2+ years in service coordination, dispatch, or admin roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Experience with scheduling or CRM/dispatch systems preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Schedule and coordinate service appointments, work orders, and technician dispatching.
• Serve as the main client contact for service requests and updates.
• Create, assign, and manage work orders in service management systems.
• Track service jobs to ensure timely completion and follow-ups.
• Communicate with field technicians to coordinate schedules and resolve issues.
• Maintain records of service activities, invoices, and documentation.
• Handle inquiries and service-related concerns professionally.
• Monitor SLAs and generate reports on service operations and performance.
