The role involves coordinating jobs for technicians and requires strong organizational and communication skills. Candidates must be fluent in English and tech-savvy. This position offers a fixed monthly pay of $700 plus performance-based bonuses, with a stable schedule of 6 days a week, 8 hours a day.

Formación

• Previous experience in customer service, call centers, scheduling, or dispatch is a plus.
• Must have your own working computer (Windows only; Mac not allowed).
• Must have a reliable, high-speed internet connection.

Responsabilidades

• Assign customer jobs to technicians based on availability and skillset.
• Communicate with technicians to provide job details.
• Maintain real-time tracking of open jobs.
